The Medieval Romanian style is melded with the Neo-Romanian style endowing a royal splendor, thanks to the well-known architect, Arghir Culina, the one who designed the house in 1918 at the request of Aurel Mincu.
The grandeur of the building’s silhouette is sweetly augmented by the lacery of the window frames along with all the carefully placed decorations of the facades.
The building is perfectly preserved and it includes elements from the Byzantine style as well, having a series of arched windows with verandas on all sides. The inside is also overwhelming starting with the monumental entrance and continued by the massive wood carved walls and the painted ceilings.
The frame of the entrance is followed by three arched windows that are supported by Neo-Romanian columns.
The honor gathering room is decorated with marble columns with the ceiling in gold plating which offers a panoramic view and provides access to all the rooms on the ground floor.
Behind the main residence there is a smaller scale replica, building B, which in the interwar period served as the residence of the auxiliary staff.
The building respects the same architectural standards as described before. In the courtyard there is a gazebo built in the same style being an ideal place to read a book and enjoy a tea.
