Construction begins at Briza4Seasons – a partnership between Briza Holdings’ international vision and AMTA Construct’s premium execution

In a green and peaceful area of Otopeni, just minutes from northern Bucharest, construction has begun on Briza4Seasons, a boutique residential complex set to become a landmark for premium living in Romania. The project is developed by Briza Holdings, an international company with extensive experience in sustainable, high-quality projects, and built by AMTA Construct SRL, a Romanian firm with a strong portfolio of residential and industrial works.

The complex will include four semi-detached villas, each named after a season: Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter.
