Description

Away from the noise and bustle of the capital, the Doina complex is located in a wooded area, near the Baneasa forest, on Iancu de Hunedoara street between Pipera-Tunari and the Bucharest Ploiesti road.

Doina - Residence offers a number of 20 three-room apartments and 8 duplex apartments. The apartments are arranged on 3 levels (basement + ground floor + 2 floors + attic), grouped in a single block with four staircases. In the basement of the complex there is an underground car park with 38 parking spaces.

Each staircase of the building has seven apartments, all of which are different from each other.

• On the ground floor there are two three-room apartments, with a surface of 78,94 sq.m. plus the useful surface of the terrace of 39,25 sq.m. or 46,94 sq.m. for the apartments at the ends of the building.
• On the first floor there are the same type of apartments with the same useful surface, the difference being in the surface of the terraces: 19,62 sqm and 31,49 sqm respectively.
• The second floor awaits its future tenants in two apartments type 3 duplex (useful surface 114,67 sq.m and 114,8 sq.m - apartments at the extremities) plus a terrace. Also on this floor, there is another three-room apartment.
