BLISS Imobiliare may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement on the site.

You agree to review the agreement periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access or use of the site shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement.

Properties on the website

All information on our website is considered to be correct, but their correctness can not be guaranteed and must be checked independently. All properties are subject to their sell, modification or withdrawal.

BLISS Imobiliare assumes no liability regarding spelling mistakes, misinformation and the quality of the presentation.

Although all information provided regarding sale or rental  is from sources we deem reliable,  such information is subject to possible errors, omissions, changes of price, rental  or other conditions, prior sale or lease, or withdrawal without notice.

Owners and Landlords may change the information at their disposal.

Validated properties

The properties in our database include validated and not validated properties.

What are not validated properties?

Each day we receive by email about 250 properties directly from owners. These properties we add to our database and only appx. 30% of these we directly contact the owners to get the right information about their properties.

In our strive to achieve the highest level of efficiency and maximum success we only update these properties which fit the requests of our actual clients. These updated properties are our validated properties. 

Validated properties mean:
We have spoken with the owners and have checked the provided information after which we update the information in our developed CRM Real Estate system.

After we have filtered the information we visit the properties that still fit our client's request. After visiting the property we advise our client whether it is interesting to visit the property together.

Validation is based on information provided by Owners and Landlords and can't be guaranteed by BLISS Imobiliare. All properties will be finally validated between Owners/Landlords and Buyers/Tenants after visiting the properties.

The properties which remain 'untouched' in our database are then the not validated properties.

We leave the choice to you to check also these properties as not validated does not automatically means that they are not suitable. They just didn’t fit our client's requests for the moment.

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.

BLISS Imobiliare Agency fees

BLISS Imobiliare is a real estate agency that intermediates real estate transactions between two parties interested in a real estate transaction. For the inter-mediation and only at a successful transaction, unless otherwise agreed, BLISS Imobiliare charges the following fees to the parties involved:

• For rental transaction 100% of the final value of one month rent, unless agreed otherwisee.
• For sales transaction 3% of the final sales value, unless agreed otherwise

By involving BLISS Imobiliare in your real estate activities you agree with paying a fee to BLISS Imobiliare to be agreed before or during the transaction process.
