The estimated investment needed for this is 1.5 million euros which takes the full project investment to 3 million euros offering the investment partner 50% of this project.

• The building authorizations
•  The signed rental agreements with the retail tenants

The retail park is an under development project, with estimated delivery date set for June 2021.

The land plot has the Urbanism Certificate, and the Construction Authorization directly obtained. The property has already agreed contracts with strong anchor tenants such as Profi and Pepco, and is currently under advanced discussions with KIK and other important retail players: café, pet shop, pharmacy, laundry cleaning, restaurant. The main objective is to set 100% occupancy rate, before the completion of the construction.
