Cuzino 106 – More than a home!

Cuzino 106 is a boutique residential concept in the Iancu Nicolae Pipera area, with a low height regime (UG + GF + 2 + 3R) which includes 19 studio apartments, 2 rooms or 3 rooms, with generous surfaces and modern compartments, with underground parking and with very large terraces.

Its construction started from the principle of offering more than a house. We thought of offering you Home, an elegant, familiar, generous and efficient compartmentalized living space, using the best finishes on the market and surprising with the modern architecture signed by PURAN. 

Cuzino 106 is located in a quiet, green area, on Drumul Potcoavei Street in the Iancu Nicolae - Pipera area.

About the Architect:

Puran Architecture & Design is a Romanian private company, founded by Sorin Puran, senior architect and member of Quattro Design Team, Quattro Architecture & Design, Quattro Design Plus and Creative Graphics .

The company consists of a young team of architects with an emphasis especially on the designs.  Their concepts are carefully crafted through an understanding of changing needs. Anticipating the uniqueness of customers' preferences and high expectations.

The projects create a synergy between places and buildings, which offers aesthetic inspiration. 

About the Project: 

Words such as comfort and refinement define in a very clear way the notions of architecture that formed the basis of the design. The comfort of each apartment is ensured by the layout of the apartments, as you rarely find in today's residential market, by the best quality materials, of which I would name the aluminum joinery from Reynaers, underfloor heating, triple layered parquet and all the facilities of a sustainable and modern home.

Exceptionally positioned, in the northern part of the capital, the access being made from Erou Iancu Nicolae Street, close to the points of interest for future tenants, but also with easy access to means of transport (Jolie Ville Station - RATB 301 at 500 m), kindergartens, schools, leisure areas. 

The ensemble is ideal for families with children, in the immediate vicinity there are several educational centers: French High School, Mark Twain Theoretical High School, Olga Gudynn International School, British School, Butterfly Kindergarten or Harmony Tree Montessori, as well as for young people who can benefit from a multitude of shops, shopping centers but also for leisure.
