CTP, the biggest logistics and industrial real estate developer and investor in Romania, plans to turn its CTPark Bucharest West logistics park into the biggest such facility in Eastern Europe.
The park has recently passed 300,000 sqm of logistics space after the developer completed two new buildings with a total surface of 100,000 sqm for its existing clients. CTP has two other buildings under development, with a total built area of about 200,000 sqm, that are scheduled for delivery in a few phases, in 2018 and 2019.
“CTPark Bucharest West is our most ambitious project. Its fast growth rhythm, due to the high level of demand from our tenants, is proof of the projects success,” said Iulia Busca, Commercial & Business Development Manager of CTP Romania.
CTP’s future investment plans include the increase of on-site facilities and services, including a new canteen, a medical point, transport services to the city, support services for recruiting, CTBox Units, a new gas station, supermarket and truck wash station.
CTPark Bucharest West is located near the A1 highway, some 23 kilometers west of Bucharest.
