Today (Sunday 13/12) one of our clients, foreign investor looking to develop their first residential project in Romania, told me he can't decide between buying land in Iancu Nicolae Pipera or in the city of Bucharest.
As it is hard to understand what is happening in the Pipera area I decided to go for a drive and to film this.
If you are abroad and never have been to Romania and you have many people advising you about where to invest some visualization might help, so I thought!
Started at the Promenada mall in Bucharest and driving towards Pipera.
Then from the OMV Pipera roundabout up to the ring road then back to Iancu Nicolae to the DN1.
Pity it was a bit wet outside and it was getting already darker. Must say, was fun doing this!
After seeing the tour the client believes he likes the Iancu Nicolae area to develop a boutique residential development with studio, 2 room and 3 room apartments. The first project has to be their signature project.
Target selling price 1.600 euro per sqm.
So, anybody land for sale in the Iancu Nicolae area, 1.000 tot 4.000 sqm, minimum opening 15ml and suitable for boutique residential development!

By the way: A Romanian consultant advised him to go and invest in Odessa Ukraine. Romania at this moment is not the right place to invest, according to this consultant.
