• In the bathroom and the sanitary group there will be a place for a lamp and a wall light;
• In the hallway there will be a place for a lamp.
• In the kitchen there will be a lamp place and 4 sockets with protection contact will be installed, one single socket for the hood placed at h=2m, and CT and two double sockets.
• In the living room there will be installed a T.V. socket, a telephone socket and an internet socket (no wiring).
• A TV socket will be installed in the bedrooms.
• Next to the main bathroom, a single socket with protective contact will be installed.
• In the hallway there is a doorbell circuit (without a doorbell).
• In the balcony there is a lamp place.

Sanitary:

• In the bathrooms there is a floor drain.
• The washing machine connection (cold water and drain) is in the bathroom.

Heating:

• The heating of the rooms is provided with steel sheet radiators painted white.
• In the bathroom there is a towel rail radiator.

Central heating:

• The central heating system is wall-mounted with forced draught and sealed combustion chamber, with calorific power calculated according to the type of apartment.
